Default CES 2013 PS4 tech hints!

“Richland” brings increases in both CPU and graphics along with improvements in battery life. “Richland” APUs are expected to come bundled with a wealth of elite software experiences which include gesture- and facial-recognition, wireless connectivity directly to TVs and monitors, and prioritization of system resources when streaming video.
As stated on AMD's press page. Set for Q2 2013 release. Lined up pretty well with rumored 'Final' PS4 Dev kit rumored launch of Summer 2013. Compare this to that Sony patent stating clearly about facial recognition. Gestures possible as well?

Also a note from the TV side. Remember that whole second screen talk. Now Sony is on board with it and shows it off between phone, tablet, and TV. Also it mimics Nintendo's TVii service likely with its upcoming TV service in the pipeline for later on. It wouldn't be to hard to see Sony show off something similar at E3 with this tech and talk around it.

Also NVIDIA shown off its remote play mobile PC game device called Shield. Now WiiU and PC have remote play on a mobile gaming device/controller. I wonder about Sony and Microsoft's consoles. Its almost certainly on its way in some form.

Basically Enhanced everything we have seen from Kinect, and WiiU. Plus more? Can't wait for E3.

It looks like we might not have to wait until E3 -- I'm sure you heard about the PlayStation conference in just a few short weeks on 2/20/13!

I'm loving the ideas you're throwing out and I can't wait to see what Sony unveils in terms of the PS4. It's going to be awesome!
