While Sony, has not released any official dates, the ps4's current release date is pegged at November 2012. Gamers where disappointed at this year's E3 2011 conference, because of a SCEE boss, that stated "From a Sony perspective, we're very comfortable with PS3 and the way that market's developing". However, as of July 2011, Digitimes has reported that Sony has ordered new components from a Taiwanese developer. The developer reported that the new components could be used for a similar Kinect style for PlayStation 4.
